Power Platform Developer

Seeking an innovative, analytical, and highly skilled Power Platform Developer with expertise in PowerApps, Azure, and Power BI to join our Core42 offshore team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Power Platform solutions that drive digital transformation initiatives for public sector and large enterprise clients—delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. You will play a key role in implementing solutions that drive business process automation and enable data-driven decision-making.

Functional

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions and model-driven applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, in line with company goals and client requirements.
• Integrate Power Apps solutions with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure services, SharePoint, Microsoft Flow, and Power BI, to create seamless and holistic end-to-end solutions for large digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data analysts, and IT teams, to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop custom connectors and data connections to various systems, both on-premises and cloud-based, ensuring secure and efficient data integration.
• Optimize Power Platform solutions for performance, scalability, and security, ensuring seamless deployment and operation.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Power Platform solutions to ensure high quality and reliability.
• Optimize Power Platform solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during development and deployment.
• Create and configure Power Automate workflows and business process flows to automate business processes and streamline operations.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Power Platform development, incorporating them into solution designs and implementations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Microsoft Power Platform Certified Developer certification
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Power Platform development, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing solutions for public sector or large enterprise clients
• Strong understanding of Microsoft's Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft 365
