Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior Manager - HR Analytics & Digitalization to lead our HR analytics function and drive HR digitalization efforts. This crucial role plays a vital part in transforming HR data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization. You will develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive HR analytics framework to measure and improve the effectiveness of HR programs, identify workforce trends, and support talent management initiatives. In addition, you will own the HR Digitalization adoption efforts in partnership with the Group HR, while driving customized solution necessary.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, technology management, and leadership, coupled with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of an HR analytics strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
  • Partner with HR business partners and senior leaders to identify key HR metrics and KPIs relevant to their specific needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate HR data insights effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data, including recruitment, retention, performance, compensation, and workforce demographics. Identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement within the HR function.
  • Develop and recommend data-driven strategies to optimize HR programs and initiatives. Translate complex data analysis into clear and concise reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions, including HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), talent management systems, and other related tools.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in HR analytics, technology and data visualization tools.
  • Ensure HR data and technology systems are effectively integrated, maintained, and leveraged to maximize their value to the organization

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization platform
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, talent management systems, and other HR technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management abilities and experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for HR and utilizing data to drive strategic decision-making.
