Overview

Core42 needs a dynamic, innovative, and strategic Manager-Microsoft Business Analysis to drive and oversee operational efficiency, process optimization, and data-informed decision-making within the organization. You will consolidate, analyze, and report business related data, serving as a liaison between Operations, Finance, IT and Business Teams to find ways to increase productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Functional:

  • Lead a team of business analysts to support Microsoft operations, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.
  • Consolidate and reconcile figures and numbers related to Microsoft operations payments across all verticals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and develop solutions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements and processes from stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on the data analysis, collaborating with sales and finance teams to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Recommend and provide IT solutions that support sales and finance, such as CRM enhancements, systems & reports automation, and analytics tools.
  • Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data, deriving actionable insights for operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve the operational workflow and set solid processes in place.
  • Implement best practices in data management, analysis, and visualization to drive operational efficiency and deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Work closely with Implementation and Operations Managers/Director and act as the bridge between the technology and reporting teams.
  • Draw up the requirements documentation and estimate the testing efforts for various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance
  • Professional certification in project management or business analysis
  • 8+ years of overall relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or operations management in a global IT environment
  • 3+ years of specific experience in managing Microsoft operations or related domains
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc).
  • Experience in SQL and manipulating large data sets

 

Ideally, you’ll also need:

  • Advanced certification in AI, data science, or cloud computing
  • Experience in leading Microsoft operations in digital transformation initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to digital transformation, such as blockchain and edge computing
