We are looking for a highly innovative, people-focused, and empathetic Vice President - Talent Development & Learning and Culture, to oversee the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive, new age learning and development programs for all employees. You will lead our organization's efforts in enhancing employee learning, development, talent management, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while promoting a culture of continuous learning and engagement. The role will be reporting to CHRO, Core42 and will be based in our Corporate Office, Abu Dhabi.
Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group’s expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.
