Overview

Manage and administer Core42 IT financials, chargeback, contracts, licenses, Vendor management, agreements, Subscription and SLAs.

Monitor and track Core42 IT OPEX and CAPEX spend to ensure adherence to budget and identify opportunities for optimization.

Responsibilities

Strategy Consulting

  • Development and monitor IT budget (including operating budget and Capex projects); along with long-term financial forecasts Prepare IT budgets and forecasting and track spends for all IT initiatives
  • Responsible for IT procurement – initiating, tracking, receiving, etc – in coordination with Accounting and Procurement.
  • Responsible to Initiative, track, execute and monitor –IT contracts – In coordination with Procurement and legal
  • Design, develop, direct, and execute the processes necessary to plan, record, analyze, and report on the financial conditions of the IT financials, Contracts, Licenses, Cloud Subscriptions, Vendors management.
  • Proactively identifying ways to enhance efficiency, reduce IT cost, enhance revenue generation and improve the service offering.
  • Build strategic relationships with vendors; identify unique opportunities for partnership or expansion that meet commercial, technical, and timing requirements.
  • Provide analysis and financial leadership to aid in decision making for new services/initiatives strategies, pricing/cost allocation, Partnership agreement strategies, Standardizations, and business/service development activities.

General Management Consulting

  • Provide a high-level analytical support and manage the day-to-day IT spend activity of IT in alignment with established corporate goals and risk management constraints for Injazat.
  • Report on service utilization and maintain contracts and services management and logs
  • Lead continuous improvement of IT Supplier Relationship Management processes, policy, and procedures to maximize economic, commercial and contractual benefits and to provide relevant recommendations for improvement initiatives in line with procurement.
  • Manage the overall performance of IT vendor contracts & workforce in terms of SLAs are consistently met & release payment milestones accordingly.
  • Liaise with procurement on IT procurement sourcing cycle for all IT requirements in line with company policy & guidelines
  • Support IT vendor selection, negotiations, and overall vendor operations strategy (e.g. creating RFPs, business cases, and evaluating vendor submissions and bids), and liaise with internal IT stakeholders across multiple functions to achieve smooth supplier selection and management.
  • Collaborate with inter departmental stakeholders (e.g. Procurement, Legal, Finance, Internal Audit) to ensure realization of IT agreements
  • Collaborate with both internal business and technical teams to identify and define strategic initiatives necessary to meet company on-going needs for both expansion and cost reduction.
  • Renew IT contracts agreements on a timely basis to the benefit of the company & conduct regular contract reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities.
  • Ensure that all IT related investments are monitored, controlled and in alignment with IT strategy\budget

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, finance or a related field
  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Financial reporting knowledge
  • 10-12 years’ experience in Finance, Economics, or IT management
  • Vendor and contracts management experience preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office specially spreadsheets
  • Excellent organizational and time management
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Strong team player/collaborator with ability to influence
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies
  • Strong written and spoken English
