Overview

Core42 is seeking a strategic and collaborative Marketing Business Partner to serve as the strategic liaison between the marketing department and other business functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand visibility

Responsibilities

·        Act as the key liaison between marketing and other business units, collaborating closely with department heads to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall objectives, and providing expert guidance on effective tactics to drive measurable outcomes.

·        Provide strategic guidance and support to business units on marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and events, leveraging a deep understanding of the company's products/services, target market, and competitive landscape to drive effective marketing strategies.

·        Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing plans and campaigns that support business objectives.

·        Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for business units, providing regular updates on marketing activities and performance.

·        Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

·        Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging, branding, and positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

·        Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed to execute marketing initiatives.

·        Work closely with the ISV, VAD, BP sales teams on campaigns and planning for full content deliverables and marketing related activities to support the growth of this ecosystem

Qualifications

·       Proven experience in marketing, business development, or related roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and fostering collaboration across departments.

·       Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.

·       Effective in fast-paced environments, adept at adapting strategies to meet changing business needs.

·       Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business and analytics tools.
