Senior Engineer - Network & Security

The Opportunity:

To implement network and security infrastrcutre in Data Center ,On-Prem and Public Cloud environments. Candidate will have experience in designing, implementing and integrating and migrating of  Network Security solutions. As an Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining the network and security infrastructure.

• Provision the Network and Security environmentthe on Azure and other Public clouds (such OCI, AWS), including the Landing-Zone and related Network-Security components as per the design.
• Implement various Data center networking technologies including data center fabric and SDN solutions (mainly Cisco ACI, Juniper Apstra , VMware NSX-T).
• Implement Core and Perimeter firewalls for different technology providers , such as Cisco,Palo-Alto,Fortinet and Juniper
• Migration of on-prem infrastructure to public/private cloud environment
• Implement Email Security solution
• Implement VPN solution
• Implement of Identity services solution
• Implement IPT and Collaboration environment
• Implement Wireless networks
• Implement SD-WAN solutions
• Ensuring the customer’s solution is configured and technically deployed to specification, accurately, and on-time
• Develop and maintain low level designs,LLD, Network-Security diagrams, Network-Security installation configuration & guides, support procedures, test plans and runbook
• Participate in Developing, documenting, and implementing Disaster Recovery Plan and execute DR drills
• Work closely with Systems & Applications teams to ensure solutions deployed as designed.
• Work closely with the Upstream Service Providers to implement the required communication links (Internet,WAN,MPLS,ADSL…) .
• Work closely with 3^rd party technology providers when required.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and troubleshoot any issues during the implementation phase
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, including troubleshooting and resolving issues, performing regular system maintenance, and applying patches and upgrade as necessary.
• Perform advanced problem determination and root-cause-analysis
• Plan and execute the Operation Readiness process for Infrastructure projects for transition into production support
• Identifies, develops, updates and enforces standards and procedures
• Participate in implementation delivery process improvement initiatives
• Participate in due-diligence exercises and information gathering for client’s network-security infrastructure
• Adhere to the Project time line and the required Deliverables
• Hand-over the Network-Security infrastructure to Operation team and for Go-Live

Implementation of Products/Solutions

• Develop implementation plans
• Create accurate operating procedures , support instructions, and operational/system documentation
• Prepare the Low-Level Design (LLD) document
• Prepare Network Implementation Plan (NIP) document
• Prepare Network Migration Plan (NMP) document
• Prepare Network Ready For Use (NRFU) document
• Solicit feedback from client on quality of product/solution

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related Engineering field
• Azure Network Engineer (AZ-700) certified 
• Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500) certified 

Preferred Skills:

• Cisco Certified Routing and Switching/Security/Data Center (CCNA,CCNP,CCIE)
• Cisco Certified Network Professional in Collaboration ( CCNP Collaboration) 
• Palo Alto (PCNSE) or Fortinet NSE Certification 
• VMware VCIX-NV 
• Azure/AWS/OCI/GCP solution Architect certified
• F5 LTM/GTM certificate or equivalent vendor certificate
• ITIL foundation certification

Minimum Experience:

• At least 6+ years' experience as a Technical Implementation Engineer
• Experience with Azure Migration projects and building landing zone and network security native and 3^rd party services in Azure 
• experience on SD-WAN solution deployment (Juniper,Cisco..etc)
• Experience of security hardening
• experience in designing and implementing Data Center solutions with VXLAN Fabric-based SDN solutions demonstrating Single-Site Fabrics, MultiPod & Multisite Fabric architectures.
• experience on VMware NSX-T
• experience on Cisco-ACI
• experience on Juniper Apstra
• experience of cloud security technologies such as distributed firewalls, Micro segmentation etc.
• Architectural knowledge of virtualization tools and concepts is a bonus
• Strong skills on producing and maintaining technical documentation like HLD, LLD and Network diagrams etc.
• Experience with Cisco Call managers, meeting servers and Webex solutions
• Expertise and hands on technical experience with IP Communications signaling and media protocols, including Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP).
• experince of Nexus Switches and UCS products.
• Expertise and hands on technical experience with Cisco Wireless network (or equivalent vendor) implementation
