Analyst - IT System

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support in the maintenance and optimization of our organization's IT infrastructure. System Maintenance:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and related hardware and software systems.

Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues.

User Support:

Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software-related inquiries.

Collaborate with the helpdesk team to resolve escalated issues promptly.

Security and Compliance:

Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures to protect IT systems.

Adhere to compliance standards and assist in conducting regular security audits.

Documentation:

Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.

Backup and Recovery:

Assist in managing backup and recovery processes to safeguard critical data.

Participate in testing and refining disaster recovery plans.

Learning and Development:

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in system administration.

Actively participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant internship or entry-level experience in IT support or system administration.
• Basic understanding of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
