Senior Director - AI & Data

As a Senior Director- AI & Data, you will lead AI and data initiatives, driving excellence in project Delivery and Client Engagement. Drawing upon your professional services background and expertise in AI, you will play a key role in shaping our AI and Data strategy, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.

Core42 is the UAE’s national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Group’s expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.

• Lead our AI and Data practice, overseeing project delivery and client engagements to drive business value and impact.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their AI and Data needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on AI and Data trends, technologies, and methodologies to internal teams and clients.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI and Data practice, driving excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and success.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and Data, continuously enhancing our offerings and capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.
• 15+ years of professional services or delivery experience, with a track record of success in leading and delivering complex projects.
• Proven expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, with experience applying AI to real-world business problems.
• Strong understanding of Data Analytics and Visualization techniques, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Client-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
